This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Allwyn's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of a Play, You are presented with a splash screen displaying a 'PLAY' button, and the message: 'WIN UP TO £100,000 A MONTH FOR A YEAR'.

You must select the 'PLAY' button to continue.

On doing so, the Game Play Window will change and You will be presented with the play screen for the main game (the “Main Game Play Screen”), which contains four games labelled 'GAME 1', 'GAME 2', 'GAME 3' and 'GAME 4' (collectively the “GAMES”). You can play the GAMES in any order. Underneath the GAMES is a banner with the following instructions: 'IF YOU WIN ON A GAME AND THE PRIZE IS FOR THAT GAME, WIN £100,000 EVERY MONTH FOR A YEAR'.

GAME 1

GAME 1 consists of a box containing two sections, one labelled 'WINNING SYMBOLS' and the other labelled 'YOUR SYMBOLS' (the “Game 1 Box”). The WINNING SYMBOLS section contains two motifs, and the YOUR SYMBOLS section contains six motifs with the word 'PRIZE' directly underneath. Below the Game 1 Box is the message 'GAME 1: Match any of the WINNING SYMBOLS to any of YOUR SYMBOLS to win PRIZE.'

You must select both motifs in the WINNING SYMBOLS section. On doing so, the motifs will animate and reveal one of a variety of symbols. You must select all six motifs or the word 'PRIZE' in the YOUR SYMBOLS section. On doing so, each motif will animate and reveal one of a variety of symbols, and the word 'PRIZE' will animate and reveal a prize amount.

If You reveal a symbol in the YOUR SYMBOLS section which is identical to a symbol revealed in the WINNING SYMBOLS section, that identical symbol and the monetary amount below in the YOUR SYMBOLS section will highlight to indicate You have won that monetary amount (a “Prize”).

GAME 2

GAME 2 consists of a box containing six motifs (the “Game 2 Box”). Below the Game 2 Box is the message 'GAME 2: Find a to win PRIZE.' You must select all six motifs in the Game 2 Box. On selecting a motif or the word 'PRIZE', each motif will animate to reveal one of a variety of symbols and the word 'PRIZE' will reveal a monetary amount.

If You reveal a symbol in the Game 2 Box, that symbol and the monetary amount directly below it will highlight to indicate You have won that monetary amount (a “Prize”).

GAME 3

GAME 3 consists of a box containing two columns labelled as 'COLUMN 1' and 'COLUMN 2'. Each column contains the following: a motif, a '+', another motif and the word 'PRIZE' (the “Game 3 Box”). Below the Game 3 Box is the message 'GAME 3: In a COLUMN, win PRIZE if numbers add up to TEN.' You must select either a motif or the word 'PRIZE' in each column. On selecting a motif or the word 'PRIZE' in a column, each motif in that column will animate and reveal a number and the word 'PRIZE' will reveal a monetary amount.

If the two numbers revealed in a column in the Game 3 Box add up to exactly ten, those numbers and the monetary amount for that column will highlight to indicate that You have won the monetary amount for that column (a “Prize”). Numbers revealed in the column labelled 'COLUMN 1' cannot be combined with numbers revealed in the column labelled 'COLUMN 2' to win.

GAME 4

GAME 4 consists of a box containing two columns labelled as 'COLUMN 1' and 'COLUMN 2'. Each column contains two motifs and the word 'PRIZE' (the “Game 4 Box”). Below the Game 4 Box is the message 'GAME 4: Match 2 symbols in a COLUMN to win PRIZE.'

You must select either a motif or the word 'PRIZE' in a column. On selecting a motif or the word 'PRIZE' in a column, each motif in that column will animate and reveal one of a variety of symbols and the word 'PRIZE' will reveal a monetary amount.

If You reveal two identical symbols in a column in the Game 4 Box, the prize amount for that column will highlight to indicate that You have won the monetary amount for that column (a “Prize”). Symbols revealed in the column labelled 'COLUMN 1' cannot be combined with symbols revealed in the column labelled 'COLUMN 2' to win.

ALL GAMES

If You win in 'GAME 1', 'GAME 2', 'GAME 3' or 'GAME 4' and the Prize is , You will, providing the requirements of the Rules and these Procedures are met, win a Prize. The Prize will be equal to the sum of £100,000 every month for a year. Game Specific Rules apply to this Prize, which can be found below.

Except as set out under 'ALL GAMES' above, if You have bought a Play of this Game and have matched a YOUR SYMBOL to a WINNING SYMBOL in GAME 1, and/or revealed a in GAME 2, and/or revealed two numbers in the same COLUMN that add up to exactly ten in GAME 3, and/or matched two identical symbols in a COLUMN in GAME 4, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to the total value of your Prizes (the “Prize Amount”) as detailed in the table below:

You can only win one Prize Amount per Play, as detailed in the Prize Amounts and Odds table above.

GENERAL

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - 12 Months Richer Emerald and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).

When You play The National Lottery Interactive Instant Win Game “12 MONTHS RICHER EMERALD” (Game no. 4533 (the “Game”), these Game Specific Rules (the “Rules”), the Game Procedures (the “Procedures”), the Rules for Interactive Instant Win Games (the “IWG Rules”) and the Account Terms apply. If there is any conflict between the documents mentioned above, the IWG Rules will take priority, followed by these Rules, the Procedures and then the Account Terms.

All words and phrases in these Rules that begin with a capital letter and have specific meaning are explained in Rule 4 or in the IWG Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

• 1. Claiming Prizes

  • 1.1 Prizes must be claimed in person before the end of the Claim Period (as set out in the IWG Rules). You must phone the Customer Care Team during its normal opening hours** and during the Claim Period to arrange an appointment with an Allwyn representative(s). Your entitlement to a Prize will be lost (and the Prize won't be paid) if a Prize is not claimed within the Claim Period. Prize will be paid at Your home or other agreed location, or at a Regional Centre.

    **At the time of writing these Rules, the Customer Care Team's opening hours are 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Saturday and 9am – 5pm Sundays – reduced opening hours may apply over the Christmas and New Year period. See the National Lottery website for current opening hours.

  • 1.2 During Your call with the Customer Care Team, You will be asked for certain information, including Your name, address, telephone number(s) and date of birth (“Personal Information”) and will need to provide Your Play Number.
  • 1.3 During the appointment with Allwyn representative(s), You will be asked to complete a Prize Claim Form (provided by Allwyn) or any other form Allwyn requires You to complete, and present it along with proof of entitlement to claim and confirmation of the Personal Information given under Rule 1.2.

• 2. Payment of Prizes

  • 2.1 Once Your claim has been successfully validated in line with the requirements of the Account Terms, the IWG Rules, the Procedures and these Rules, the First Prize Payment will be paid to You, unless Rule 2.5 below applies. Allwyn will decide how to make the First Prize Payment, which may be by cheque or bank transfer. Allwyn's decision about whether the claim is valid will be final and binding.
  • 2.2 The remainder of the Prize (being 11 Prize Payments) will be paid by monthly standing order to a UK or Isle of Man bank or building society account. You must give Allwyn Your relevant account details and promptly notify Allwyn in writing of any changes to Your account details.
  • 2.3 If Your name, address or bank details change, You will need to provide Allwyn with evidence of these changes.
  • 2.4 Allwyn will not be liable if You suffer any kind of loss as a result of failing to inform, or delaying in informing, Allwyn of any changes mentioned above. Allwyn will also not be liable for any Prize Payments being lost or delayed in the post or banking system. It is Your responsibility to promptly tell Allwyn in writing if You don't receive a Prize Payment.
  • 2.5 It is possible that a third party will come forward to Allwyn during the Prize claim period or the Prize Payment Period, claiming that they are the legal representative of the deceased Player and are therefore entitled to receive the Prize Payment instead of or for the deceased Player (for example as the executor of a deceased Player's estate). In such cases, Allwyn will suspend further Prize Payments until it can establish who is properly entitled to receive the Prize Payments. Prize Payments for the remaining Prize Payment Period will then be made to the relevant person.
  • 2.6 Allwyn will not be liable to pay interest to You, or any third party mentioned in Rule 2.5 above, if any Prize Payments are suspended.

• 3. Law

  • The relevant law for these Rules is English law, and any legal proceedings will be heard in the English Courts.

• 4. Meaning of Words

  • The following words and terms will have the meanings given to them below when used in these Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

  Allwyn:

  Allwyn Entertainment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

  First Prize Payment:

  the first Prize Payment of £100,000 paid to You in line with Rule 2.1.

  First Prize Payment Date:

  the date on which You are paid the First Prize Payment.

  Prize Payment:

  the sum of £100,000.

  Prize Payment Period:

  the period starting on the First Prize Payment Date and ending when a Prize has been paid in full to You, subject to Rule 2.5 above.

  Prize:

  a prize entitling You to £1,200,000 in the form of twelve (12) monthly Prize Payments during the Prize Payment Period, subject to the IWG Rules and these Rules.
