These are the Game Procedures (the “Procedures”) for Bank The Cash (the “Game”). When You play the Game, these Procedures, the Rules for Interactive Instant Win Games ("the Rules") and the Account Terms apply. The Rules and Account Terms can be found on the National Lottery website.

Any word or term in these Procedures that has specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Allwyn's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of a Play, You will be presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, the message 'WIN UP TO £1 MILLION' and a 'PLAY' button. On selecting the PLAY button, You will be presented with a screen labelled 'HOW TO PLAY' with the following instructions:

'On a ROW, click the '?' to reveal a symbol.

Match 2 or more connecting symbols in a ROW to receive pips.

You will receive 1 pip per matching symbol.

Pips collected will fill the prize table below the active ROW.

Matching symbols will reshuffle to reveal new symbols. When there are no more matches, the next ROW will be active.'

You must select the 'CONTINUE' button to begin Your Play. On doing so, You will be presented with the Game Play Window for the Main Game (the “Main Game Play Window”).

In the centre of the Main Game Play Window are 4 rows labelled 'ROW 1', 'ROW 2', 'ROW 3' and 'ROW 4' (the “Rows”, each a “Row”). Each Row contains 5 motifs.

Below each Row is a prize meter which at the start of Your Play contains 16 faded square pips and 4 pips containing monetary amounts (the “Active Row Prize Meter”).

At the start of Your Play, ROW 1 will be highlighted to indicate that Row is the Row which is in play and clickable (the “Active Row”).

To the right of the Rows is a box labelled 'BANK WIN' and the instruction: 'COLLECT 2 OR MORE LETTERS TO WIN PRIZE' (the “Bank Win Box”). The Bank Win Box contains a motif, a motif, a motif and a motif (the “Bank Win Letters”, each a “Bank Win Letter”), a '2 = £5' (a “£5 Instant Prize Box”), a '3 = £10' (a “£10 Instant Prize Box”) and a '4 = £20' (a “£20 Instant Prize Box”) (each an “Instant Prize Box”, together the “Instant Prize Boxes”). At the start of Your Play, the Bank Win Letters will be dimmed.

Below the Bank Win Box is a second box labelled 'BONUS GAME' and the instruction: 'COLLECT VAULT KEY CARDS TO UNLOCK MORE CHANCES TO WIN IN THE BONUS GAME' (the “Bonus Game Box”). The Bonus Game Box contains 4 motifs (the “Vault Key Cards”, each a “Vault Key Card”). At the start of Your Play there will be 1 highlighted Vault Key Card and 3 Vault Key Cards, which will be dimmed.

To start Your Play of the Main Game, You must select all of the motifs in the Active Row. On selecting a motif, one of the following will be revealed:

• one of a variety of symbols (each symbol will be either a , a , a , a or a ) (each a “Symbol”); or
• a Vault Key Card; or
• a Bank Win Letter.

After You have selected all the motifs in the Active Row, any identical Symbols revealed that are connected in an unbroken chain next to each other in that Active Row will animate and highlight to indicate a match.

A green light will animate and populate the corresponding number of connected identical Symbols in the Active Row Prize Meter. You will be awarded 1 pip per Symbol in an unbroken chain of matching Symbols. For example, 2 identical Symbols in an unbroken chain will award 2 pips, 3 identical Symbols in an unbroken chain will award 3 pips, 4 identical Symbols in an unbroken chain will award 4 pips, and 5 identical Symbols in an unbroken chain will award 5 pips.

Once You have been awarded pips for connected identical Symbols (if any) the connected identical Symbols will disappear from the Active Row and a selection of new Symbols and/or Vault Key Card(s) and/or Bank Win Letter(s) will be revealed in their place. If these new Symbols also form connected rows of identical Symbols, a green light will animate and populate the corresponding number of pips as connected identical Symbols, as described above. This will occur until there are no remaining connected identical Symbols in the Active Row.

If You have selected all motifs in the Active Row and reveal a Vault Key Card, the Vault Key Card will animate and disappear from the Active Row. The Vault Key Card will move and populate one Vault Key Card silhouette in the Bonus Game Box. A new symbol, a Vault Key Card or Bank Win Letter will be revealed in the Active Row.

If You have selected all motifs in the Active Row and reveal a Bank Win Letter, the Bank Win Letter will animate and disappear from the Active Row. The revealed Bank Win Letter will move and populate the corresponding letter in the Bank Win Box.

If, during Your Play of the Game (meaning the Main Game and the Bonus Game) You collect 2 or more Bank Win Letters, You will be entitled to the Prize in the corresponding Instant Prize Box to the number of Bank Win Letters collected as follows:

• If, during Your Play of the Game You collect 2 Bank Win Letters, the £5 Instant Prize Box will animate and highlight to indicate You have won a £5 Instant Prize.
• If, during Your Play of the Game You collect 3 Bank Win Letters, the £10 Instant Prize Box will animate and highlight to indicate You have won a £10 Instant Prize.
• If, during Your Play of the Game You collect 4 Bank Win Letters, the £20 Instant Prize Box will animate and highlight to indicate You have won a £20 Instant Prize.

Each of a £5 Instant Prize, a £10 Instant Prize and a £20 Instant Prize being a “Prize” for the purposes of Your Play.

A new symbol, a Vault Key Card or Bank Win Letter will then be revealed in the Active Row in its place.

If during Your Play of the Main Game, You fill the pips in the Active Row Prize Meter and land on a pip containing a monetary amount, the monetary amount will highlight. If you continue to fill pips in the Active Row Prize Meter and the next pip containing a monetary amount is reached, the lower monetary amount in the Active Row Prize Meter will dim and the next monetary amount reached will highlight (if applicable). Once there are no more identical connected Symbols in the Active Row, You will be awarded the monetary amount which is highlighted in the Active Row Prize Meter at that point (a “Prize”).

The Active Row will then dim and become inactive. The Row below will then highlight to indicate that it is the new Active Row.

Bonus Game

Once You have completed Your Play of the Main Game, You will be taken to a screen labelled 'BONUS GAME' to begin Your Play of the Bonus Game.

In the centre of the screen is a 6 x 6 grid containing lozenges made up of a variety of shapes (the “Bonus Game Grid”). To the left of the Bonus Game Grid is a card reader with the words 'READY INSERT KEY CARD' (the “Card Reader”).

To the right of the Bonus Game Grid, is the Bank Win Box and the Bonus Game Box from the Main Game Play Window.

Below the Bonus Game Grid is the instruction: 'DRAG A KEY CARD TO UNLOCK A COLOURED SYMBOL. MATCH TWO IDENTICAL PRIZES OF THE SAME COLOUR TO WIN PRIZE'. You will have the number of goes equal to the number of Vault Key Cards collected in the Main Game, including the Vault Key Card which was highlighted at the start of Your Play.

At the start of Your Play of the Bonus Game, a Vault Key Card from the Bonus Game Box will animate and move to the Card Reader to begin Your Play of the Bonus Game.

To begin Your Play of the Bonus Game, You must click the Vault Key Card in the Card Reader. On doing so, the message 'READING…' will appear before displaying one of the shapes from the Bonus Game Grid. Once a shape has been revealed, all of the corresponding shapes on the Bonus Game Grid will highlight before revealing either a monetary amount or a Bank Win Letter.

If You reveal two identical monetary values, the lozenges containing the identical monetary amounts will animate and highlight white to indicate a match. You will be awarded a Prize equal to one of the highlighted monetary amounts.

If You reveal a Bank Win Letter, the lozenge containing the Bank Win Letter will animate and highlight white. The corresponding letter will then populate the corresponding letter in the Bank Win Box.

If, during Your Play of the Game You collect 2 or more Bank Win Letters, You will be entitled to the Prize in the corresponding Instant Prize Box to the number of Bank Letters collected (as set out in more detail above).

You must continue to click on the Vault Key Cards in the Card Reader until there are no more Vault Key Cards remaining. A message will then appear in the centre of the Main Game Play Window, indicating the amount You have won, if any. A 'FINISH' button and a 'SHOW GAME' button will then appear. On selecting the SHOW GAME button, You will be taken to the Main Game Play Window where You will be able to view Your finished Main Game. On selecting the 'SHOW BONUS GAME' button You will be able to view Your finished Bonus Game. You must select FINISH to complete Your Play.

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have reached a monetary amount in the Active Row Prize Meter and/or collected 2 or more Bank Win Letters and/or matched 2 identical monetary amounts in the Bonus Game, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to the total value of the Prize(s) you have won (the “Prize Amount”), as detailed in the table below:

GENERAL

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - Bank The Cash and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).
