Any word or term in these Procedures that has specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Allwyn's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of a Play, You are presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, the message 'WIN UP TO £50,000', a 'HOW TO PLAY' button and a 'PLAY' button.

On selecting the 'PLAY' button, You will be presented with the screen for the main game (the “Main Game”) (the “Main Game Play Window”).

How To Play

If You select the 'HOW TO PLAY' button, You will be taken to the screen labelled 'HOW TO PLAY' (the “How To Play screen”). The How To Play screen will change, and a series of instructions will appear containing the following:

On selecting the arrow underneath the instructions, You will be presented with a second screen containing the following instructions:

You must select the 'X' in the top right corner of the How to Play screen to be taken to the Main Game Play Window.

At the top of the Main Game Play Window is a grid displaying 15 words (the “Word Grid”). The word 'EXTRA' in the Word Grid will be outlined by a blue border (the “Bonus Game Word”). Below the Word Grid is a panel containing 18 boxes which at the start of Your Play will be unfilled (the “Letters Trail”).

Above the Letters Trail on the left is a box labelled 'YOUR LETTERS' containing 18 motifs (the “Your Letters Box”). At the bottom of the Your Letters Box is a motif.

To the right of the Your Letters Box is the table consisting of two columns, with the left column labelled 'WORDS' and the right column labelled 'PRIZES', with eleven rows below (each a “Row”) (the “Prize Table”). Each Row consists of a number of complete words on the left and a corresponding monetary amount on the right.

To start Your play of the Main Game, You must select a motif from the Your Letters Box. On doing so, one of the following will happen:

• – If You reveal a letter that also appears in a word, or words, in the Word Grid, that letter in the Your Letters Box will animate and the matching letter or letters in the Word Grid will also animate and highlight pink to indicate a match. The revealed letter will then disappear from the Your Letters Box and move to populate a box in the Letters Trail.
• – If You reveal a letter that is not in a word in the Word Grid, no letters in the Word Grid will highlight. The revealed letter will then disappear from the Your Letters Box and move to populate a box in the Letters Trail.

If during Your play of the Main Game, You reveal letters which complete one of the words shown in the Word Grid, that word will animate and highlight gold to indicate that You have completed that word. If You complete five or more words in the Word Grid, the Row in the Prize Table that corresponds to the number of words You have completed will highlight to indicate that You have won a Prize equal to the monetary amount shown for that Row. Note: Your Prize (if any) will be equal to the monetary amount shown on the Row that is highlighted at the end of Your play of the Main Game, it will not be a sum of each Row which may have been highlighted during Your play of the Main Game.

Bonus Game

If during Your play of the Main Game, You complete the Bonus Game Word by matching all of the corresponding letters to the letters revealed in the Your Letters Box, the Main Game Play Window will animate and the words 'BONUS GAME UNLOCKED' will appear to indicate you have unlocked a play of the bonus game (the “Bonus Game”). You will then be presented with the screen for the Bonus Game (the “Bonus Game Play Window”).

The Bonus Game Play Window consists of the words 'INSTANT', 'LETTER' and 'BOOST' (the “Bonus Words”, each a “Bonus Word”). Above the 'INSTANT' Bonus Word is the word 'WIN' and either the £2, £3, £5 or £10 monetary amount; above the 'LETTER' Bonus Word are the words '1 EXTRA YOUR LETTER' and above the 'BOOST' Bonus Word are the words 'DOUBLE YOUR PRIZE' (each a “Bonus”).

Below the Bonus Words are 3 motifs.

To begin Your play of the Bonus Game, You must select a motif. On doing so, the motif will animate to display 4 letters (the “Bonus Letters”, each a “Bonus Letter”).

If any of the Bonus Letters match a letter in the Bonus Word(s), that matching letter will highlight pink to indicate a match. Any Bonus Letters that do not match a letter in a Bonus Word(s) will remain white.

To continue Your play of the Bonus Game, You must continue to select all the motifs.

If during Your play of the Bonus Game, You reveal Bonus Letters which complete one of the Bonus Words, at the end of Your play of the Bonus Game, the Bonus Game Play Window will transition, and You will be taken back to the Main Game Play Window. The Bonus(es) awarded will move to the centre of the Main Game Play Window before moving to the top above the Word Grid, and one of the following will happen:

• – If You complete the 'INSTANT' Bonus Word, the Bonus Word and words above will animate and highlight gold to indicate You have been awarded either the £2, £3, £5 or £10 (as applicable) as an Instant Prize.
• – If You complete the 'LETTER' Bonus Word, that Bonus Word and words '1 EXTRA YOUR LETTER' will animate and highlight gold to indicate You have been awarded an extra letter in the Main Game. The motif at the bottom of the Your Letters Box will animate and change to a motif to indicate You have an additional letter in the Your Letters Box, and an additional box will be added to the Letters Trail. On selecting the extra motif, Your play of the Main Game will continue as described above.
• – If You complete the 'BOOST' Bonus Word, that Bonus Word and the words 'DOUBLE YOUR PRIZE' will highlight gold to indicate any Prize and/or Instant Prize at the end of Your Play will be doubled. If You have completed the number of words in the Word Grid required to win a Prize in the Prize Table, a motif in the Row will appear to indicate You have won double the Prize for that Row, with the exception of the top prize of £50,000, which will not be doubled in any circumstances. If You complete more Words throughout Your play of the Main Game, the motif will continue to move to the relevant Row displaying the number of Words that You have completed.

You must continue to select motifs in the Main Game until there are no motifs remaining. A message will then appear to the left of the Prize Table indicating the Prize amount You have won, if any. A 'FINISH' button will then appear. You must select the 'FINISH' button to end Your Play of the Game.

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have completed five or more words in the Word Grid and/or completed the 'INSTANT' Bonus Word to be awarded an Instant Prize, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to the total monetary amount of your Prize(s), (the “Prize Amount”) as detailed in the table below:

You can only win one Prize Amount per Play, as detailed in the Prize Amounts and Odds table above.

GENERAL

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - Cashword Extra and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).
