These are the Game Procedures (the “Procedures”) for Cashword Millionaire (the “Game”). When You play the Game, these Procedures, the Rules for Interactive Instant Win Games ("the Rules") and the Account Terms apply. The Rules and Account Terms can be found on the National Lottery website.

Any word or term in these Procedures that has specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Allwyn's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of Your Play, You will be presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, the message 'WIN UP TO £1 MILLION', the message 'COMPLETE THESE TWO WORDS TO ACTIVATE X2 PRIZE DOUBLER!', the message 'COLLECT TO ACTIVATE PRIZE SLIDER', a 'PLAY' button and a 'HOW TO PLAY' button. On selecting the 'PLAY' button, You will be presented with the Game Play Window for the Main Game (the “Main Game Play Window”). On selecting the 'HOW TO PLAY' button, a screen headed “HOW TO PLAY” will appear containing the following instructions:

'Tap the REVEAL button to rotate the tiles within the three YOUR LETTER panels to reveal a LETTER, OR .

Each time a LETTER is revealed, the game will highlight the matched LETTER on the CROSSWORD GRID.

Complete words on the CROSSWORD GRID to win the corresponding prize in the PRIZE TABLE.'

On selecting the arrow on the right of the panel, You will be presented with a second “HOW TO PLAY” panel containing the following instructions:

'Complete the two DOUBLER words highlighted with a gold outline on the CROSSWORD GRID to activate the X2 PRIZE DOUBLER.'.

On selecting the arrow on the right of the panel, You will be presented with a third “HOW TO PLAY” panel containing the following instructions:

'Reveal three to activate PRIZE SLIDER resulting in all prizes within the PRIZE TABLE (with the exception of the top prize) dropping down by one position.

Once achieved, the reveal of a further will drop the prizes by one position again.'.

On selecting the arrow on the right of the panel, You will be presented with a fourth “HOW TO PLAY” panel containing the following instruction:

'When a is revealed, the YOUR LETTER panel is locked and no further reveals will occur within that panel. The game ends when all three YOUR LETTER panels are locked.'.

You must select the 'X' in the top right corner of the “HOW TO PLAY” panel to be taken to the Main Game Play Window.

The Main Game Play Window consists of a grid (the “Crossword Grid”) containing 15 words (the “Words”, each a "Word"). Two Words on the Crossword Grid will have a golden outline (the “Prize Doubler Words”, each a “Prize Doubler Word”). Below the Crossword Grid is a panel labelled 'YOUR LETTERS' which at the start of Your Play will be blank (the “Letters Trail”).

To the right of the Crossword Grid is a table consisting of two columns (one labelled 'WORDS' and the other labelled 'PRIZES') and 15 rows (the “Prize Table”). Each row in the column labelled 'WORDS' displays the number of words You need to complete in the Crossword Grid to win the corresponding monetary amount for that row in the column labelled 'PRIZES'.

At the start of Your Play, rows 1-4 in the Prize Table will contain a '-' motif in the column labelled 'PRIZES' and rows 5-15 in the Prize Table will contain a monetary amount in the column labelled 'PRIZES'.

To the left of the Crossword Grid is a circular panel containing the message 'COLLECT TO ACTIVATE PRIZE SLIDER' (the “Prize Slider Activation Panel”).

Below the Prize Slider Activation Panel are three individual square panels (the “Your Letters Panels”, each a “Your Letters Panel”). Underneath the Your Letters Panels is a 'REVEAL' button.

To begin Your Play, You must select the 'REVEAL' button. On doing so, the Your Letters Panels will animate to reveal a letter, a motif or a motif. One of the following will then occur:

• – If You reveal a letter that also appears in a Word, or Words, in the Crossword Grid, that letter in the Your Letters Panel will animate and the matching letter or letters in the Crossword Grid will also animate and highlight gold to indicate a match. That letter will then move to populate a box in the Letters Trail.
• – If You reveal a letter that is not in a Word in the Crossword Grid, the letter in the Your Letters Panel will animate to reveal the letter but no letters in the Crossword Grid will highlight. That letter will then move to populate a box in the Letters Trail.
• – If You reveal a motif, that motif will animate to indicate that Your Letters Panel will be inactive for the remainder of Your Play and no further letters, motifs or motifs will be revealed in that Your Letters Panel.
• – If You reveal a motif, that motif will animate and fill a star silhouette in the Prize Slider Activation Panel. If You reveal three motifs, all three motifs in the Prize Slider Activation Panel will animate and move across the Word Grid to the Prize Table to indicate You have activated the Prize Slider. The box on the right of row 1 in the Prize Table under the column labelled 'PRIZES' will animate and disappear from the Prize Table. The remaining boxes under the column labelled 'PRIZES', will then animate and move down a position. Each monetary amount in the column labelled 'PRIZES' will then correspond to the number of Words needed to be completed in the box on the left of the row to win the monetary amount for that row.
• – The Prize Slider Activation Panel will then change to display the message 'COLLECT TO ACTIVATE PRIZE SLIDER'. If during Your Play, You continue to reveal motif(s), the motif in the Prize Slider Activation Panel will animate and move across the Word Grid to the Prize Table, until each Your Letters Panel displays a motif.

If You complete one of the Words shown in the Crossword Grid by revealing the matching letters in the Your Letters Panel, that Word will animate and highlight white to indicate that You have completed that Word and a row in the Prize Table will highlight white. The number of row(s) that highlight white will correspond to the number of Words completed in the Crossword Grid. If the row in the Prize Table contains a monetary amount on the right, You will win that monetary amount (a “Prize”). Please note: You will only win the monetary amount (if any) which is highlighted white at the end of Your Play as a Prize and will not win the sum of all of the Rows which have been highlighted white throughout Your Play.

If You complete one of the Prize Doubler Words by revealing the matching letters in the Your Letters Panel, the outline of that Prize Doubler Word will animate and highlight yellow to indicate that Word has been completed. If, during Your Play, You complete 2 Prize Doubler Words, the outline of both Prize Doubler Words will animate and highlight yellow. The Main Game Play Window will dim and animate, and a transition screen will appear containing the words 'PRIZE DOUBLER!', before transitioning back to the Main Game Play Window. A motif will then appear and animate downwards from the row numbered 14 to the row that is highlighted white in the Prize Table (if any), or to row 1, to indicate that the monetary amount (if any) in the row highlighted white at the end of Your Play will be doubled, if the corresponding number of Words for that row is completed. If You have completed the number of Words in the Word Grid to win a Prize, that motif in the Row will highlight white to indicate You have won double the Prize for that Row, with the exception of the top prize of £1 million, which will not be doubled in any circumstances, including if both the Prize Doubler Words have been completed. If You complete more Words throughout Your Play of the Game, the motif will continue to move to the relevant Row displaying the number of Words that You have completed.

You must continue to select the 'REVEAL' button until all three Your Letters Panels display a motif to indicate there are no turns remaining.

If during Your Play, You have been awarded a Prize, the Main Game Play Window will animate and a screen will appear displaying the total monetary amount of the Prize won. The screen will then disappear and You will return to the Main Game Play Window which will display the monetary amount You have won and a 'FINISH' button. You must select the 'FINISH' button to end Your Play of the Game.

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have completed the number of Words in the Crossword Grid required to win a Prize, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to the monetary amount shown in the Row highlighted white in the Prize Table (if any) and if applicable, multiplied by two if You activated the Prize Doubler during Your Play (the “Prize Amount”) as detailed in the table below:

You can only win one Prize Amount per Play, as detailed in the Prize Amounts and Odds table above.

GENERAL

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - Cashword Millionaire and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).
