These are the Game Procedures (the “Procedures”) for Merry Match (the “Game”). When You play the Game, these Procedures, the Rules for Interactive Instant Win Games ("the Rules") and the Account Terms apply. The Rules and Account Terms can be found on the National Lottery website.

Any word or term in these Procedures that has specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Allwyn's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of a Play, You will be presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, the message 'WIN UP TO £300,000', a 'PLAY' button and a 'HOW TO PLAY' button. On selecting the 'PLAY' button, You will be presented with the screen for 'GAME 1' (“Game 1”). On selecting the 'HOW TO PLAY' button, You will be presented with a How To Play screen with a panel labelled 'HOW TO PLAY' with the following instructions:

'GAME 1

TAP THE TEN TO REVEAL YOUR SYMBOLS.

MATCHING SYMBOLS WILL BE MARKED AUTOMATICALLY ON THE PLAY GRID.

COMPLETE A FULL LINE OF MATCHED SYMBOLS ON THE PLAY GRID TO WIN THE ASSOCIATED PRIZE.'

On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a second How To Play screen containing the following instructions:

'GAME 2

TAP THE NINE TO REVEAL PRIZE AMOUNTS.

COLLECT THREE TO UNLOCK SIX ADDITIONAL PRIZE AMOUNTS.

COLLECT THREE TO UNLOCK SIX ADDITIONAL PRIZE AMOUNTS AND UP TO SIX PRIZE MULTIPLIERS.

MATCH THREE IDENTICAL AMOUNTS TO WIN THAT PRIZE.

IF ONE OF THE MATCHING PRIZE AMOUNTS INCLUDES A PRIZE MULTIPLIER, THAT PRIZE WILL BE MULTIPLIED BY THE VALUE SHOWN.'

On selecting the arrow to the right of the instructions, You will be presented with a third How To Play screen split into two columns.

The left-hand column labelled 'BONUS STARS' contains the following instructions below:

'COLLECT FOUR OR MORE ACROSS GAMES 1 AND 2 TO UNLOCK THE BONUS GAME.

COLLECT SEVEN ACROSS GAMES 1 AND 2 TO WIN £300,000.'

The right-hand column labelled 'BONUS GAME' contains the following instructions below:

You must select the 'X' in the top right corner of the How To Play screen to be taken to the Game 1 Play Window.

Bonus Stars

During Your play of the Games 1 and 2, You may collect motifs. On the left of the Game Play Window throughout Your Play is a trail containing 7 motifs (the pictured motif is an example only – the motifs will be numbered from 1 at the bottom to 7 at the top) (the “Bonus Stars Trail”). The motif labelled '4' contains the words 'BONUS GAME' below. The motif labelled '7' contains the monetary amount of £300,000 below.

If during Your play of Games 1 and 2, You reveal a motif, that motif will animate and move to populate and highlight a motif in the Bonus Stars Trail. The Bonus Stars Trail will populate starting from the motif labelled 1. The next motif revealed during Your play of Game 1 and/or Game 2, will populate and highlight the motif labelled 2 on the Bonus Star Trail and so on for the duration of Your Game (if applicable).

If during Your play of Game 1 and/or Game 2, You collect four motifs, You will be awarded a play of the bonus game (the “Bonus Game“) at the end of Your play of Game 2.

If during Your play of Game 1 and Game 2, You collect seven motifs, the motif labelled 7 and the monetary amount below will animate to indicate You have won £300,000 as a Prize.

The Bonus Stars Trail will remain on the left of the Game Play Windows for the entirety of Your Game.

Game 1

To the right of the Bonus Star Trail is a panel labelled 'GAME 1' (the “Game 1 Play Panel”). On the left of the Game 1 Play Panel is a section with the heading 'YOUR SYMBOLS' with ten motifs (the “Your Symbols Section“). On the right of the Your Symbols Section is a section labelled 'WINNING SYMBOLS' with a grid below which contains thirty-seven boxes (the ”Grid”). Each box in the Grid contains one of a variety of symbols. Each row and column in the Grid has a varying number of boxes. To the right of each horizontal row and below each vertical column of the Grid is a corresponding monetary amount.

To begin Your play of Game 1, You must select all of the motifs in the Your Symbols Section. On selecting a motif, that motif will animate and reveal one of a variety of symbols (the ”Your Symbols”, each a “Your Symbol“) or a motif will be revealed. If You select a motif in the Your Symbols Section and the Your Symbol revealed matches any of the symbols in the Grid, that symbol and the corresponding Your Symbol will animate and highlight blue to indicate a match.

If during Your play of Game 1, You match the number of Your Symbol(s) to symbols in the Grid to complete a horizontal row or a vertical column in the Grid, the completed row and/or column and the monetary amount at the end of that horizontal row and/or vertical column in the Grid will animate and highlight gold to indicate You have been awarded that monetary amount as a Prize. The box in the top left of the screen displaying the Game name will animate to reveal the words 'TOTAL WON' (the “Total Won Box”) and the total monetary amount You have won will be added to the Total Won Box.

If during Your play of Game 1, You select a motif and a motif is revealed, that motif will move to populate the relevant motif on the Bonus Star Trail as described above. The motif will then animate to reveal a Your Symbol.

You must select all motifs to complete Your play of Game 1. A button will then appear on the right of the Game 1 Play Panel labelled 'GAME 2' which You must select to continue.

On doing so, the Game 1 Play Panel will change and You will be presented with the screen for Game 2.

Game 2

To the right of the Bonus Star Trail is a panel labelled 'GAME 2' (the “Game 2 Play Panel”). On the left of the Game 2 Play Panel are nine motifs.

On the right of the Game 2 Play Panel is a box containing the words 'COLLECT TO UNLOCK EXTRA PRIZES AND MULTIPLIERS' and six of a variety of motifs (the pictured motif is an example only – the monetary amount will vary) and motifs (the pictured motif is an example only – the monetary amount and multiplier will vary) (the ”Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box”). At the start of Your play of Game 2, the Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box will appear dimmed to indicate the Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box is inactive.

Below the Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box is a second box containing the words 'COLLECT TO UNLOCK EXTRA PRIZES' and six of a variety of motifs (the pictured motif is an example only – the monetary amount will vary) (the ”Extra Prizes Box”). At the start of Your play of Game 2, the Extra Prizes Box will appear dimmed to indicate the Extra Prizes Box is inactive.

At the bottom of the Game 2 Play Panel are the instructions: 'MATCH THREE IDENTICAL PRIZES TO WIN. IF A MATCHING PRIZE INCLUDES A MULTIPLIER, THAT PRIZE WILL BE MULTIPLIED BY THE VALUE SHOWN.'.

To begin Your play of Game 2, You must select all of the motifs. On selecting a motif, that motif will animate and reveal either a motif, a motif, a motif or a motif.

If during Your play of Game 2, You reveal 3 identical motifs, those three identical motifs will animate and highlight red to indicate You have won a Prize equal to the monetary amount displayed on one of those matching motifs.

If during Your play of Game 2, You select motifs and reveal a motif, that motif will animate and move to populate a motif in the Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box. A motif will then be revealed and Your play of Game 2 will continue as described. If during Your play of Game 2, You reveal three motifs, those three motifs will animate and the Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box will highlight and animate to indicate the Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box is active.

If any motifs in the active Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box match any motifs in the Game 2 Play Panel to complete three identical motifs, the three identical motifs will animate and highlight red to indicate You have won a Prize equal to one of those motifs.

If the monetary amount shown on any motifs in the active Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box match any of the monetary amounts shown on any motifs or motifs in the Game 2 Play Panel to complete three identical matches, the three identical motifs and/or motifs will animate and highlight red to indicate You have won a Prize equal to one of those motifs which will be multiplied by the multiplier shown on the motif. A Prize can be multiplied once by X2, X3, or X5.

If during Your play of Game 2, You reveal a motif, that motif will animate and move to populate a motif in the Extra Prizes Box. A motif will then be revealed and Your play of Game 2 will continue as described. If during Your play of Game 2, You reveal three motifs, those three motifs will animate and the Extra Prizes Box will highlight and animate to indicate the Extra Prizes Box is active.

If any motifs in the active Extra Prizes Box match any motifs in the Game 2 Play Panel to complete three identical motifs, the three identical motifs will animate and highlight red to indicate You have won a Prize equal to one of those motifs.

If any motifs in the active Extra Prizes Box match the monetary amount shown on any motifs in the active Extra Prizes And Multipliers Box to complete three identical motifs on the Game 2 Play Panel, the three identical motifs and/or motifs will animate and highlight red to indicate You have won a Prize equal to one of those motifs which will be multiplied by the multiplier shown, as described above (if applicable).

If you win any Prize(s) in Game 2, the amount of this Prize(s) will be added to the Total Won Box, if applicable.

If during Your play of Game 2, You select a motif and a motif is revealed, that motif will move to populate the relevant motif on the Bonus Star Trail as described above.

You must select all motifs to complete Your play of Game 2.

Bonus Game

If during Your play of Game 1 and Game 2, You collect at least 4 motifs You will unlock the Bonus Game. Once You have completed Your play of Game 2, the Game 2 Play Panel will animate and change to display the panel for the Bonus Game (the ”Bonus Game Play Panel”).

The Bonus Game Play Panel is labelled 'BONUS GAME' and contains three motifs. At the bottom of the Bonus Game Panel is the instruction: 'SELECT ONE CRACKER TO REVEAL YOUR BONUS'.

To begin Your play of the Bonus Game, You must select one motif. On doing so, bonus item(s) will be revealed. You may be awarded up to two bonus items. Once revealed, Your play of the Bonus Game will continue as detailed below:

• – If during Your play of the Bonus Game, You select a motif and reveal a motif, You will be awarded two additional Your Symbols in Game 1. The Bonus Game Play Panel will then automatically change and You will be presented with Your finished play of Game 1. The two additional motifs will be displayed at the bottom of the Your Symbols Section. You must select those additional motifs and Your play of Game 1 will then continue as described above.
• – If during Your play of the Bonus Game, You select a motif and reveal a motif, You will be awarded three additional monetary amounts in Game 2. The Bonus Game Play Panel will then automatically change and You will be presented with Your finished play of Game 2. The three additional motifs will be displayed on the bottom row of the revealed motifs in the Game 2 Play Area. You must select those additional motifs and Your play of Game 2 will then continue as described above.
• – If during Your play of the Bonus Game, You select a motif and reveal a motif (the pictured motif is an example only – the monetary amount awarded will vary), you will instantly win an instant prize (an “Instant Prize”). The Instant Prize You have won will be a monetary amount equal to the monetary amount displayed in the motif. That amount will then be added to the Total Won Box.

Your Play ends when You have selected all ten motifs in Game 1, all nine motifs in Game 2, and completed Your play of the Bonus Game (if applicable).

A message will then appear displaying the Prize Amount You have won, if any. To the left of the end message will be a 'VIEW GAME 2' button which You can select to return to view Your finished Games. To end Your Play of the Game, You must select the 'FINISH' button which will be below the end message.

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have matched Your Symbols to Winning Symbols to complete a horizontal row or vertical column in Game 1, and/or, revealed three identical monetary amounts on any motifs and/or motifs (as applicable) in Game 2, and/or revealed an Instant Prize in the Bonus Game, and/or revealed seven motifs, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to the total monetary amount of your Prize(s), (the “Prize Amount”) as detailed in the table below:

PRIZES

You can only win one Prize Amount per Play, as detailed in the Prize Amounts and Odds table above.

GENERAL

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - Merry Match and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).
