These are the Game Procedures (the “Procedures”) for Sunny Money (the “Game”). When You play the Game, these Procedures, the Rules for Interactive Instant Win Games ("the Rules") and the Account Terms apply. The Rules and Account Terms can be found on the National Lottery website.

Any word or term in these Procedures that has specific meaning will have the meaning given to it in these Procedures or the Rules (unless the context clearly indicates otherwise).

This Game is a game of chance. The outcome of a Play in the Game is pre-determined by Allwyn's Computer System at the point of purchase. You are not required to exercise any skill or judgement to win a Prize.

HOW TO PLAY AND WIN

Each Play has its own Play Number - this can be found on the Game outcome screen once the Game has been finished, in the “My Games” section of Your Account.

At the start of Your Play, You will be presented with a splash screen displaying the Game name, the message 'WIN UP TO £20,000', the messages 'REVEAL 4 IDENTICAL SYMBOLS IN A PLAY TO WIN', 'MULTIPLY TOTAL WON UP TO 10X', 'REVEAL INSTANT WIN SYMBOLS TO WIN PRIZE INSTANTLY', and 'REVEAL 3 STAR SYMBOLS TO PLAY THE PRIZE GAME', and a 'PLAY' button.

You must select the 'PLAY' button to continue.

On doing so, You will be presented with the Game Play Window for the Main Game (the “Main Game Play Window”). The Main Game Play Window consists of a grid (the “Grid”) containing 16 question mark motifs (the “Main Game Tiles”, each a “Main Game Tile”). To the left of the Grid is a box labelled 'PRIZE GAME' containing 3 unfilled star silhouettes (the “Prize Game Total Box”). Below the Prize Game Total Box is another box labelled 'MULTIPLIER' with the words '2X', '3X', '5X' and '10X' (the “Multiplier Meter”). Below the Multiplier Meter is a 'PLAY' button, with another box below with the words 'PLAYS LEFT' which at the start of Your Play will display the number '3' (the “Plays Left Indicator”).

To the right of the Grid is a table which contains 9 boxes (the “Prize Table”). Each box displays one of a variety of symbols (the “Symbols”, each a “Symbol”), a line of 4 unfilled pips, and a monetary amount.

Below the Grid is the instruction: 'REVEAL 4 IDENTICAL SYMBOLS IN A PLAY TO WIN.'.

You must select the 'PLAY' button to begin Your Play.

On doing so, the Plays Left Indicator will decrease by 1 and the Main Game Tiles will animate to reveal a Symbol or one of a variety of icons. One of the following will occur:

– If You reveal a Symbol, one of the unfilled pips in the corresponding box in the Prize Table for that Symbol will animate and populate. If during a PLAY You match 4 identical Symbols, those 4 identical Symbols will animate and the completed box in the Prize Table will highlight yellow to indicate the monetary amount for that Symbol has been won (a “Prize”). That Prize will then be added to a box labelled 'TOTAL WON', which will appear in the top left of the Main Game Play Window (the “Total Won Box”). Once all of the other Main Game Tiles have animated and revealed a Symbol or icon, those 4 identical Symbols will then animate and be removed from the Grid, and new Symbols or icons will appear in their place.

– If You reveal a icon, that icon will animate and populate an unfilled star silhouette in the Prize Game Total Box. Once all of the other Main Game Tiles have animated, the icon will animate and be removed from the Grid, and a new Symbol or icon will be appear in its place.

– If You reveal a icon, that icon will animate to indicate You have achieved a multiplier. The Multiplier Meter will highlight and a pointer on the bottom of the Multiplier Meter will appear, starting from 'X2'. Each time You reveal a icon (if applicable), the pointer will move to the next multiplier amount to the right on the Multiplier Meter. The pointer will indicate the amount by which any monetary amounts (Prizes) won in the Main Game and/or Prize Game will be multiplied by at the end of Your Play of the Game (the ”Your Multiplier”). Once all of the other Main Game Tiles have animated, the icon will animate and be removed from the Grid, and a new Symbol or icon will appear in its place.

– If You reveal a icon (the icon is an example only – the monetary value will vary), that icon will animate and highlight to indicate You have won the monetary amount displayed on that motif (an “Instant Prize“). The Instant Prize will then be added to the Total Won Box. The icon will then animate and be removed from the Grid, and a new Symbol or icon will appear in its place.

A play ends when all the above animations have occurred (if applicable), and there are no more remaining matches in the Grid.

To continue Your Play of the Game, You must select the 'PLAY' button. The pips filled in the previous play will reset at the beginning of each play. You must continue to select the 'PLAY' button until the Plays Left Indicator reaches 0.

Prize Game

If during Your play of the Main Game, You reveal 3 motifs and populate all star silhouettes in the Prize Game Total Box, the motif and the Prize Game Total Box will animate to indicate You have unlocked the Prize Game. The Main Game Play Window will change to display the message 'POOL PRIZE GAME ACTIVATED'. You will then be taken to the Game Play Window for the Prize Game (the ”Prize Game Play Window”).

The Prize Game Play Window consists of a swimming pool displaying 10 lanes which contain either monetary amounts and/or the words 'LEVEL UP' (the “Prize Pool Lanes”, each a “Prize Pool Lane”). Below the Prize Pool Lanes is the instruction: 'Land on an amount to win that Prize. Land on LEVEL UP for a chance to win bigger Prizes.'.

To the right of the Prize Pool Lanes are 3 boxes containing the words 'LEVEL 1', 'LEVEL 2' and 'LEVEL 3'. At the start of Your play of the Prize Game, 'LEVEL 1' will be highlighted with an arrow to indicate You have begun the Prize Game on LEVEL 1 (the “Prize Game Level Indicator”).

Below the Prize Game Level Indicator is a 'GO' button.

To begin Your play of the Prize Game, You must select the 'GO' button. On doing so, the Prize Pool Lanes will individually highlight before coming to rest on one Prize Pool Lane.

If You land on a Prize Pool Lane that contains a monetary amount, that monetary amount will highlight gold to indicate You have won that monetary amount (a “Prize Game Prize”).

If during Your play of the Prize Game, You land on a Prize Pool Lane that contains the words 'LEVEL UP', the Prize Game Play Window will animate and the Prize Game Level Indicator will move up to highlight LEVEL 2 to indicate You have moved up a LEVEL.

You must continue to select the 'GO' button until You land on a Prize Game Pool Lane that contains a monetary amount.

On doing so, the Prize Game Play Window will animate to show the Prize Game Prize You have won in the Prize Game and the message 'PRIZE GAME TOTAL WON'. You will then be taken back to the Main Game Play Window where the Prize Game Prize will appear in the Prize Game Total Box, and Your Play will continue as detailed above.

Your Play ends when the Plays Left Indicator reaches 0. An end message will appear displaying the total amount of the Prize(s) and/or Instant Prizes and/or Prize Game Prizes won, if any. Below the end message is a 'FINISH' button which You must select to end Your Play of the Game.

If You have bought a Play of this Game and have matched 4 identical Symbols in a PLAY in the Main Game, and/or revealed an Instant Prize, and/or collected 3 motifs to unlock the Prize Game, You will, providing the requirements of these Procedures and the Rules are met, be entitled to the total monetary amount of your Prize(s), (the “Prize Amount”) as detailed in the table below:

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Rules, these Procedures - Sunny Money and any other information issued by Allwyn in respect of this Game, the Rules will take priority followed by these Procedures and then any other information issued by Allwyn (unless stated otherwise).
