Why it's important to always wear a clean jumper to the cinema
Edna Smith, 81, has been volunteering with Home-Start – a lottery-funded charity supporting families in need – for more than 15 years.
Over the years, she has helped hundreds of families so when we put out the call for people who'd been helped by Edna to come forward, the response was overwhelming.

Rob Parkinson, Home-Start Chief Executive, said: "Edna makes a wonderful and exceptional difference to so many families in her community. She doesn't think she’s making a difference, but that’s just not true, she's helped hundreds and hundreds of people."
