A massive Homecoming event for our ParalympicsGB heroes
Well, that was quite a night. Our massive Homecoming party for ParalympicsGB took place at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena on Thursday 12th September and the event will live long in the memory.
Hosted by The Last Leg’s Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker, it featured performances by artists including Aitch, Caity Baser and Sugababes. It was the perfect opportunity for the nation to come together to welcome our athletes home after they made us proud at Paris 2024.
National Lottery players had the opportunity to enter a ballot to win free** tickets to this amazing event as our way of thanking you for powering ParalympicsGB to success since National Lottery funding into elite sport began in 1997.
But if you weren’t in the audience don’t worry. You can watch all of the highlights from the show on Channel 4. Plus, take a look at some of the fabulous photos from the event below.
