HOW TO CLAIM

Prizes up to and including £500

You can claim from most Retailers, though some can only pay £50 cash. If you've won a Lotto Lucky Dip then you will need to claim this from a Retailer.

Head to national-lottery.co.uk/prize to start your claim by completing the online form. We’ll tell you when to post your Ticket or Scratchcard to us.

If you can’t claim your Prize in the ways set out above and you’re a UK or Isle of Man resident, post your Ticket/Scratchcard (at your own risk) to The National Lottery, PO Box 287, Watford WD18 9TT.

Please call The National Lottery Line (see the Contact Us section) to find out how to claim. Prizes are paid by cheque, bank transfer or direct credit.

Non cash, annuity and instalments + Second Chance Draws/Games

The way to claim these Prizes is set out in the Game Specific Rules and/or Game Procedures for the relevant game.

Draw-based games claim period

You must claim within 180 days of the relevant Draw date. You may get 7 extra days if you contact us within the 180 day limit, but you'll need to bring your Ticket (with ID and a Prize Claim Form if required) to a Regional Centre. See the Rules (available at Retailers or our website) for full info.

Scratchcards claim period

You must claim within 180 days of the game closing. More info is in the Rules for Scratchcard Games. Closing dates are available from Retailers, online and by calling The National Lottery Line – see the Contact Us section. Second Chance Draws may have their own claim period (see the Game Procedures and /or Game Specific Rules).

Lost, damaged, stolen, destroyed Tickets or Tickets not produced by a till-point terminal
