THE LEGAL BIT
When you play National Lottery Draw-based games at Retailers, the relevant Games Procedures contained in this Players' Guide (except EuroMillions and UK Millionaire Maker which has its own separate Games Procedures) and the Rules, as amended from time to time, apply. Game Specific Rules, which will be contained in a separate document, may also apply to certain Draw-based game Draws.
When you play National Lottery Scratchcard games, the Rules for Scratchcard Games, the relevant Scratchcard Game Procedures and any applicable Game Specific Rules apply.
The Rules contain contractual terms and conditions which are binding on you. Please read them carefully. In particular, please note the following:
– You can only buy a Ticket or a Scratchard from Allwyn’s authorised Retailers.
– Allwyn is entitled to declare an Entry or a Scratchcard invalid, and, if it does so, will not be liable to pay a Prize.
– A Prize will only be paid if and when the relevant Entry or Scratchcard has been validated.
– The Rules contain terms which limit or exclude Allwyn’s liability to pay a Prize to You in specified circumstances.
