Weekly Prize Draw

These Terms and Conditions apply to the 'Spend £10 on draw games online for the chance to win £10k offer' promotion (the “Promotion”) promoted by Allwyn Entertainment Ltd (“Allwyn”) of Tolpits Lane Watford WD18 9RN. You will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry into a Prize Draw.

The Promotion Period and Prize Draws

1) The Promotion runs from Monday 7th April 2025 to Sunday 8th June 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is split into nine weeks (each week running from the time that the sales on the Site or App open on Monday until 11pm on Sunday, inclusive), with each week being referred to as a “Promotion Week”.

2) All valid entries into the Promotion during a single Promotion Week will be entered into the prize draw immediately following the end of that Promotion Week (each a “Prize Draw”). There will be nine Prize Draws in total for the Promotion Period. The dates of the Prize Draws are set out in paragraph (8) below.

Eligibility, Restrictions and Entry

3) Each Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over that have a valid National Lottery online account (with the exception of individuals named on the Gambling Commission’s National Lottery prohibited play list, and employees of any Allwyn Group of Companies^, or any of their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, key subcontractors, their immediate dependent family, or agents) and are eligible to buy entries for draw-based games in accordance with the Rules for Draw-Based Games Played Online (including Lotto, EuroMillions, Set For Life, Thunderball, Lotto HotPicks and EuroMillions HotPicks) (each, a “draw-based game”) online using that account in accordance with the Account Terms (including being physically located in the UK or Isle of Man at the time of purchase). Proof of age and residency must be provided, if requested. Internet access is required.

4) All eligible players who use their National Lottery online account (whether on the National Lottery website at www.national-lottery.co.uk (the “Site”) or via the National Lottery app (the “App”) to spend at least £10 on entries into any draw-based games (or combination of draw-based games) during a Promotion Week, for draws happening within that Promotion Week (i.e., normal play) or for draws following that Promotion Week (i.e., advance play) will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw for that Promotion Week, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Direct Debit players who spend at least £10 on draw-based game entries in a Promotion Week will also automatically be entered into the Prize Draw for that Promotion Week. The £10 spend for entries into any draw-based games may be made in different online transactions and do not need to be made at the same time, provided the full £10 is spent during a Promotion Week. You will only be entitled to one entry into the Prize Draw for a Promotion Week, regardless of whether you spend more than £10 in that Promotion Week. Entries can be purchased (and a Direct Debit set up) from the time that the sales on the Site or App open, until 11pm each day, except on the day of the draw when you need to buy your ticket by 7.30pm.

5) If you are not already a player registered with a National Lottery online account, you will have to open a National Lottery online account (by following the on-screen instructions) and add funds to your National Lottery account wallet, or set up an active Direct Debit. The National Lottery Account Terms, Rules for Draw-Based Games Played Online and relevant Game Procedures (all available on the Site) apply to registration and use of your National Lottery online account and your spend on entries in, and play of, any draw-based games.

6) It is your responsibility to ensure the personal details registered to your National Lottery account or otherwise provided to Allwyn are correct. Allwyn will not be held responsible or liable if any of the winners of the Prize Draws fail to supply accurate information which affects the acceptance or delivery of any Prize (as defined in paragraph (10)).

7) If you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part), you will not be eligible for any Prize.

Prize Draw

8) Each Prize Draw for a Promotion Week will take place on the Monday immediately following the end of that Promotion Week (or as soon as possible thereafter in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances) as follows:

• (a) Monday 14th April 2025, for the Promotion Week from Monday 7th April to Sunday 13th April 2025;
• (b) Monday 21st April 2025, for the Promotion Week from Monday 14th April 2025 to Sunday 20th April 2025;
• (c) Monday 28th April 2025, for the Promotion Week from Monday 21st April 2025 to Sunday 27th April 2025;
• (d) Monday 5th May 2025, for the Promotion Week from Monday 28th April to Sunday 4th May 2025;
• (e) Monday 12th May 2025, for the Promotion Week from Monday 5th May 2025 to Sunday 11th May 2025;
• (f) Monday 19th May 2025, for the Promotion Week from Monday 12th May 2025 to Sunday 18th May 2025;
• (g) Monday 26th May 2025, for the Promotion Week from Monday 19th May 2025 to Sunday 25th May 2025;
• (h) Monday 2nd June 2025, for the Promotion Week from Monday 26th May 2025 to Sunday 1st June 2025;
• (i) Monday 9th June 2025, for the Promotion Week from Monday 2nd June 2025 to Sunday 8th June 2025.

9) The winner of each Prize Draw will be randomly selected by an automated draw machine. A total of eleven entries will be selected at random from all valid entries into the Prize Draw for a Promotion Week. The winner of the Prize (see paragraph (10) below) for a Prize Draw will be the first valid and eligible entry selected. The remaining ten valid and eligible entries will constitute the reserves list for that Prize Draw.

Prize

10) The prize for each Promotion Week will be £10,000 in cash(the “Prize”). There will be a total of nine Prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period, one Prize for each Promotion Week.

11) Allwyn will pay the Prize to each winner by bank transfer or cheque within 30 days of the initial contact by Allwyn to that winner and that winner’s provision of all complete and correct information to Allwyn.

Winners and Unclaimed Prizes

12) Each winner of a Prize Draw will be contacted by telephone and/or by the email address registered to their National Lottery account within 3 days of that winner being randomly selected in accordance with paragraph (9).

13) If a winner of a Prize:

• (a) fails to respond to such communications and accept that Prize within 14 days of date of initial contact by Allwyn;
• (b) fails to provide correct and complete information, as required by Allwyn to pay that Prize in accordance with paragraph (11);
• (c) cannot confirm compliance with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the age and residency requirements in paragraph (3)) within 14 days of the date of initial contact by Allwyn; or
• (d) for other reasons, is unable or unwilling to accept that Prize,

that winner will be declared by Allwyn to be disqualified and Allwyn will attempt to award that Prize to a reserve winner selected from the reserve list in the order that the reserve winners were drawn. Any reserve winner will be subject to the same timeframes to accept the Prize and compliance confirmations.

14) If, despite Allwyn’s best efforts, any Prize remains unclaimed after offering it to the first winner and the reserve winners, Allwyn shall not be obliged to allocate that Prize but may withdraw it from the relevant Prize Draw and use it as it sees fit.

Privacy and Publicity

15) Your personal data will be stored securely and processed by Allwyn in accordance with current data protection legislation and Allwyn’s privacy policy available at www.national-lottery.co.uk/privacy-policy. Allwyn will use the personal data supplied by you solely for the administration of the Prize Draws and the auditing of the entries where necessary. On confirmation that a winner wishes to accept a Prize, the winner’s details will be used to contact the winner to arrange the payment of that Prize.

16) Winners may be asked, but are not obliged, to take part in publicity.

17) The surname and county of residence of the winner of a Prize will be made available by Allwyn to anyone contacting Allwyn through the webpage: www.national-lottery.co.uk/contact-us#get-in-touch between 9th June 2025 to 9th June 2026. If you do not wish for your details to be made available, you should advise Allwyn when accepting the relevant Prize. In any event, the details of each winner will be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request at any time.

Exclusion of Allwyn’s liability

18) Allwyn shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event which prevents you from accessing the Site, App, your email or National Lottery Account, buying an entry to a draw-based game online and/or accepting a Prize (including, without limitation, if the Site and/or App is unavailable at any time or for any reason).

19) Allwyn will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, Prize Draws or Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing shall exclude Allwyn’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

20) If for any reason, any of the Prize Draws are not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond Allwyn’s control, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Allwyn, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of any of the Prize Draws, Allwyn may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the Prize Draws (in whole or in part) or invalidate any affected entries. Allwyn reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend any of the Prize Draws (in whole or in part) where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond Allwyn’s reasonable control and which prevents Allwyn from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Allwyn will not be liable to you or any third parties for any failure to perform or any delay in performing Allwyn’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to you in order to avoid undue disappointment.

General

21) No correspondence will be entered into. The decision of Allwyn regarding any part of the Prize Draws is final.

22) These Terms and Conditions may be amended and/or revised in writing by Allwyn at any time, upon providing notice to you.

23) If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions, and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

24) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

25) The Prize Draws are not a game forming part of The National Lottery.

26) Your entry into and/or selection as a winner in any Prize Draw will not affect your chances of winning a prize in any of the draw-based games that you play.
